Silver Jewelry constantly strives to ensure all our merchandise meet customer expectations.  However, if you prefer an exchange or full refund, you may return merchandise within five (5) working days from the date of receipt together with a copy of the original receipt or invoice.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.




            It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the merchandise immediately upon receipt for damage or errors.  Each item must be returned undamaged, not used, resized or engraved.  Silver Jewelry will determine, based on its own objective judgment whether the returned items conform to the aforementioned.  Merchandise that has been used, resized, engraved or damaged due to customer negligence will not be accepted.


            Special orders or custom-made items cannot be refunded or returned unless there is an error on behalf of Silver Jewelry.


            Upon receiving merchandise for return, a credit will be issued by Silver Jewelry for the amount paid for the same, excluding shipping and handling charges.  The credit can be applied to future purchases or refunded in the same way the returned merchandise was paid for.




            You will be issued a credit for the exact amount of the merchandise excluding shipping and handling charges.  You can choose to apply that credit to any other merchandise of your choice and the order will be processed.
